Fixes & Enhancements

Fixes:
- Change the DOW setting value from 1Dh to 1Eh for AL15SE ATI issue.
- If HDD receive command while HDD is executing Read Retry Step 50, HDD may execute internal reboot and report sense 06-29-04(dell) or 04-29-04(emc)
- 512e and 4k format may become long latency due to DRAM management. Temporarily some DRAM data for user is not used for media cache writing called PWC in the cycle. Full DRAM data for user will be used in case of PWC
- Support new DEFT function with ENG0011851_(DEFT)_A05 draft3
- Apply a countermeasure of HFW issue on AL14SX TCRDT
- In case of read command for the same write LBA address following to long consecutive sequential write commands (no other command comes during the write), the HDD sends wrong data from cache area. The boundary of write is one-64th of the HDD capacity. (i.e. HDD capacity=1.8GB, boundary=28MB=54,942,430sectors)
- If HDD detects Logical Block Reference tag check Failed in an READ command, HDD reports sense code 03-11-02 instead of 0B-10-03. (4Kn and PI type 2 format HDD only)
- In case command aging timer expire and I_T nexus loss occurs at the same time, HDD retry to execute the command expired by aging timer, even if the command has already aborted by I_T nexus loss. As the result, the HDD report sense code, 06-29-04.
- When NOTIFY(Enable Spin Up) comes, the drive may not be able to start spinning up and report the sense, 02-04-11

There is an architectural constraint with Dell DUP HDD firmware update utility, related to system memory utilization, which is typically encountered on systems with minimal system memory, memory-intensive configurations, multiple RAID controllers, or memory-intensive applications. This issue is typically reported as - The operation was not successful because the device buffer write has failed. And will result in an aborted attempt to update firmware on the identified HDD. Error codes associated with this failure mode include 8009 and 8017. Once an error is detected, the update session is aborted. There is no data integrity or data availability risk associated with this issue. Subsequent attempts to update the HDD firmware may succeed, particularly if system resources are freed up.
