Dell Update Packages (DUP) in Microsoft Windows 32bit format have been designed to run on Microsoft Windows 64bit Operating Systems. Dell Update Packages (DUP) in Microsoft Windows 64bit format will only run on Microsoft Windows 64bit Operating Systems. When selecting a device driver update be sure to select the one that is appropriate for your operating system.
Note: Do not disconnect the USB wireless dongle, or close the Alienware Command Center application, or shutdown the system during the firmware update.
Download 1. Click Download File. 2. When the File Download window is displayed, click Save to save the file to your hard drive.
Installation 1. Connect your mouse to your computer through 2.4GHz wireless mode. 2. Browse to the location where you downloaded the file. 3. Open the downloaded file. 4. Click Update Dongle button. The Update Complete! Ok message is displayed after the firmware update is complete. 5. Close the window.
