While upgrading to v1.3.2, an error message is displayed indicating that ushradiomode64.exe is not able to start correctly. A third-party installer is incorrectly attempting to install Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5 on the computer. ST does not require .Net Framework 3.5, but the third-party's configuration file believes it does. The error may be safely dismissed. ST will launch correctly and the computer will function normally after the computer is rebooted. [defect number 29049]
