- Fixed the issue where NEE-8310::Dynamic ACL doesn't work when the ACL name has all lowercase. Works fine when ACL name has at least one uppercase.
- Fixed the issue where NEE-8141::OSPF doesn't show the correct neighbor states as BDR and DROther.
