Broadcom Linux BACS GUI and Command line application for managing Broadcom network devices in Linux Operating Systems for the 18.2 driver family update.

Fixes:
- BACS crashes after repeated operations of add host, remove host refresh all hosts then remove all hosts.
- The iSCSI priority related changes does not take effect when the BACS is used to modify DCBX parameters.
- Incorrect maximum iSCSI offload engine settings.
- Link connection speed of cable diag does not reflect a change of link status.
- BACS does not display BASP statistics of NDIS adapters.
- BACS does not properly update Iface_num field.
