Important: Please read the instructions prior to starting the update. "Dell Wireless Headset Installation Guide"
Ensure that the headset (connect USB cable to PC) and USB dongle are both plugged to the PC before starting the update procedure.

For users whom has Dell Display and Peripheral Manager installed, please ensure that "DPMService" is stopped using "Task Manager" under SERVICES Tab.
After the firmware update is complete, please go back to "Task Manager" to resume the "DPMservice".
