Fixes & Enhancements
Fixes:
1. When the reference clock is turned off after a PERET# assertion interrupt or a reference clock off interrupt, the CPU never accesses the MAC register until the PIPE clock is restored after PERST# de-assertion. 2. PHY reset during Hot Reset or Link Disabled is not mandatory, so this process can be skipped. This measure shortens the transition time from Detect to Polling.Active from 70 ms to about 10 ms. 3. Add flag to prevent DRAM Self Refresh from being triggered. 4. Once a specific Block has been marked as a bad block that is not to be used, an erase error on the bad block will not cause the Block Erase operation to fail. 5. The drive FW is modified to suspend the DMAC operation by the drive internal CPU for snapshot saving during the Low power transition. 6. Fix the Max PE Cycle values mismatch issue for MU 12TB and RI 30TB
Dell Technologies recommends applying this update during your next scheduled update cycle. The update contains changes to maintain overall system health. It ensures that the system software remains current and compatible with other system modules (firmware, BIOS, drivers, and software) and may include other new features.
