1. This is a DOS based firmware flash utility update for HLDS GDR-H20N HH 16X DVD SATA.
2. The firmware flash utility will work in MS-DOS 6.2x only.
3. Extract DOS_0D05.zip to DOS_0D05 folder, and copy the folder to a bootable MS-DOS 6.2x diskette or USB Key.
4. Don't power off or reset the computer while updating.
GDR-H20N HH 16X DVD SATA
1. After you have copy the DOS_0D05 folder to a bootable MS-DOS 6.2x diskette or USB key, connect the USB key or insert the diskette to the computer you would like to flash the firmware of the removal storage drive.
2. In Boot Device Menu, use up or down arrows to highlight the USB device and press Enter.
3. In DOS mode, type "cd DOS_0D05" and press Enter.
4. Then, type "SFLASHUP 6005D00A.DLD" and press Enter.
5. The update utility will start firmware updating. Press Y to proceed.
6. When the drive firmware update has completed successfully, please reboot your computer.
