a) Plug in the dongle & headset to your system.
b) Run "UC Dongle Firmware Updater v0.2.1.dmg" to update dongle.
c) Close the updater once complete.
d) Run "WL3024 Updater v1.0.9.8.dmg" to update the headset.
e) Close the updater once complete.
