Installation instructions

Directions for use:

1. Shutdown system.
2. Connect USB Floppy drive to system or dock system to slice.
3. Place diskette in Floppy drive and boot system.
4. Press "F2" when the Dell name appears on screen.
5. While in BIOS setup, select boot order menu.
6. In boot order menu, select Floppy drive.
7. With Floppy drive selected, press "F5" or "F6" to move Floppy drive to first boot device.
8. Then save settings and exit BIOS setup.
9. System re-starts and boots to DOS from Floppy drive.
10. Follow on screen instructions to flash IEEE 1394 Firmware.
11. When finished diskette will show that the flash has completed sucessfully.
12. Re-boot the system.
