Removes QAS with Ultra320 drives mixed with Ultra160 drives to ensure Ultra160 drives get a fair negotiation to the SCSI bus.

Avoids possible hang condition when booting with a combination of U320 and U160 drives that could occur with the combination of the 1.03.04 SCSI firmware. The 1.03.04 SCSI firmware is part of the Poweredge 1600SC system BIOS vA08. The hang condition possibility is fixed in the firmware that is included in PE1600 CS system BIOS vA09 (and later). It is highly recommended to upgrade to the latest supported system BIOS (vA09 or later).
