Custom Instructions for diagrdme.txt:

Download
1. Click the "Download Now" link to download the file.
2. If the Export Compliance Disclaimer window appears, click the "I
agree" link to accept the agreement.
3. When the File Download window appears, click "Save" to save the file
to your hard drive.


Custom Instructions for dpatch.zip:

Download
1. Click the "Download Now" link to download the file.
2. If the Export Compliance Disclaimer window appears, click the "I
agree" link to accept the agreement.
3. When the File Download window appears, click "Save" to save the file
to your hard drive.

Extract Files
1. Browse to the location where you downloaded the file and double-
click the new file to unzip the download package.
2. Specify the location to unzip the files. The default is c:\patch350
3. Click on the unzip button to extract files.

Installation

To install the Array Manager 3.5 Diagnostics Patch:

On a Microsoft Windows system:

1. Extract (unzip) the download package to a temporary directory.
The default is c:\patch350

2. Open a command prompt and cd to the "Windows" subdirectory of the
directory to which you unzipped the files.

3. The following options are available:

(a) diagpatch [no options]
Prompts the user to continue, stops the Secure Port Server
service if it is running, deletes the file and restarts the
service.

(b) diagpatch /?
Displays help.

(c) diagpatch /silent
Silent operation. Stops the Secure Port Server service,
deletes the file and does not restart the service.

(d) diagpatch /silent /restart
Restarts the Secure Port Server service after the patch is
applied in silent mode.

NOTE: In silent operation, no messages are displayed on the screen.
