Installation instructions
Download
1. Click Download File to download the file.
2. When the File Download window appears, save the file to your hard drive.
Installation
1. Close all application before running the updater.
2. Remove all devices/monitors connected to DA310 is recommended.
3. Browse to the location where you downloaded the file and unzip it. Double-click the Dell_DA310_FW_Updater_A03.exe to start the firmware update.
4. During FW update process
a. Do not insert/remove the power adapter of DA310, or unplug USB Type-C cable of DA310 from system.
b. Display may blinking, and/or receiving USB detected/removal notification for short period of time.
5. Once FW update is completed, close FW updater and new FW will take effect immediately.
