Fixes & Enhancements

Fixes:

1. Implemented functionality to allow sanitize crypto erase while in read-only mode.
2. Increased SDA setup time from 110ns to 220ns.
3. Clear the SMBus FIFO when an interrupt due to a TX Abort occurs and allow the response to be retried.
4. Improved firmware handling of EEPROM reads to handle situations in which other OOB commands may be in flight. This ensures that the EEPROM can be read successful and the drive can respond to the host.
5. Added a firmware workaround in the SDA stuck low error handling to complete the interrupted response transfer when the SDA stuck low is detected by the drive.
6. Reset the MCTP Endpoint after FLR so that all non-Control Message MCTP commands will be dropped. Host will then need to set the Endpoint ID ensuring that any future responses will have a non-zero BDF.
7. Mutex lock the MCTP variable to allow it to only be accessed by a single thread and update the firmware to ensure that internal MCTP variables will be cleared during a reset.
8. Workaround implemented to allow the drive to reset communications to the power backup IC and ensure the capacitors are accurately tested.
9. FW will enable FTL into operational state when FW receive the mi admin command over OOB after host triggered the SHN
10. When OOB commands received and aborted during the SSD shutdown flow causing the next commands like AWOR/AWR to panic the drive, In this specific FW shutdown scenario, free the FW resource assignents associated with the received OOB commands when aborted by the host.
11. Modify the firmware to adjust the CAP.TO values to 56 seconds.
12. The internal VDM buffer was increased in size to prevent the overflow and ensure the FW image is successfully downloaded to the drive. The MTFA value reported by the drive was increased from 1 second to 99 seconds.
13. Fix is to increase the size of the buffer to prevent losing firmware download packets. This ensures that the entire FW image is successfully downloaded to the drive allowing the firmware update process to continue successfully.
14. Update to prevent the CSTS.RDY bit from being set as a result of an MI Admin command. CSTS.RDY can only be set after CC.EN=1 has been set by the host.
15. Ensure MPR response follows the 12-byte error response format rather than the 24-byte NVMe admin command response format.
16. Fix firmware to ensure that admin commands with an htag of 0 will be processed ensuring that no commands become lost.
17. Improve the read telemetry command execution by utilizing the DMA hardware engine to manipulate the DRAM buffer data. This significantly reduces the telemetry log command processing time and prevents the PCIe Memory read from being blocked. Where found: VMWare OSA testing

Enhancements:
1. Added Support for OCP 0xC0 Log Page in PowerEdge FW
2. Aligned 7450 U.2/M.2 FRU to Dell PowerEdge FRU Content Specification V2.5
3. Add Read look ahead feature in FW.
4. Changed Micron 7450 to Follow SFF-8447 for LBA count
