Download:
1. Click download now to download the file
2. when the file Download windows appear, click to save and click OK. then Save In windows appears
3. from the Save In field, click the down arrow then click to select Desktop and click save. The file will be download to your desktop.
4. if the download complete windows appear, click Close, the file icon appear on your desktop.
Install:
1. Double click the new icon on the desktop labeled: AW720HFWUpdaterWizard_v5.9_v3.9_VM93X
2. Wait for the windows to launch, follow the instructions to connect the headset to laptop.
3. Click on Update button.
4. Click "Exit" button after firmware updated completed.
