- When the Patrol Scrub feature is enabled on systems with NVDIMM-N installed, an iERR error is displayed.
- During POST, if a faulty PCIe faulty card is installed, the "PCIe link training failure" message is not displayed.
- The XenServer stops responding when restarting the server.
- The Management Engine becomes unresponsive when there is an incompatibility between the versions of Server Platform Services (SPS) and Management Engine Interface (ME) drivers.
- Added the Configurable Thermal Design Power (TDP) Setup option in the processor settings.
- Applicable for PowerEdge R940 servers only - The values of AER registers change after unexpectedly hot-plugging an Intel P4X00 NVMe drive.
- On the System Setup page (by pressing F2), the Red Screen of Death (RSOD) is displayed when creating or deleting RAID and erasing the BOSS physical disk drive.
- The PCI-E Maximum Payload Size is set to 256 bytes in all the downstream ports of PLX switches.
- The Time To Live (TTL) value was hard coded in a UEFI PXE client by using 16 as the default value, but you can now edit the TTL from its default value of 16.
- Fixed an issue that calculated incorrect power availability when Configuration Thermal Design Power (TDP) is set to Level 1 or 2.

Download
1. Click the "Download Now" link to download the file.
2. If the Export Compliance Disclaimer window appears, click the "I agree" link if you accept the agreement.
3. When the File Download window appears, click "Save" to save the file to your hard drive.
Installation
You can update the BIOS using a UEFI shell bootable media, such as a USB key.
1. Copy the file to the bootable device with UEFI shell.
2. Boot the system to UEFI shell by using the bootable device.
3. Run the executable (.efi) under the UEFI shell. Follow the instructions provided by the flash utility.

You can also load this executable directly from BIOS Boot Manager without a UEFI shell bootable media.
1. Copy the file to a USB device
2. Plug in the USB device and press F11 during POST to enter BIOS Boot Manager
3. Navigate to the System Utilities menu and select BIOS Update File Explorer
4. Select the USB device and navigate through the directory contents to find the executable (.efi)
5. Launch the executable and follow the instructions provided by the flash utility.
