WL5024 Headset firmware version 2.8.8 HR024 Dongle firmware version 0.3.6

1. Please follow the installation instructions under the driver details. For more details, refer to the user guide included in downloaded package.
2. Make sure dongle is connected to the system before installation begins.
3. Make sure headset is connected to the system via USB cable before installation begins. Install Instructions - External:*Skip step 1 & 3 if you do not have Dell Display and Peripheral Manager installed in the system. Make sure dongle & headset is connected to the system via USB before installation begins.

1. Before updating your headset, stop the Dell Display and Peripheral Manager service:
a) CTRL + ALT + DEL --> Task Manager --> Under tab --> Choose DPMService --> Right click --> Select "Stop"

2. Extract and run the following exe file of the SW package:
&
a. Plug in the headset USB cable to your system.
b. Run Dell_WL5024_FWUpdater_v2.8.4_Y9XJ2.exe to update the headset.
c. Close the updater once complete.
d. Plug in the USB dongle to your system.
e. Run Dell_HR024_FWUpdater_v0.3.6_0718.exe to update the USB dongle.
f. Close the updater once complete.

3. After update completed, restart Dell Display and Peripheral Manager service:
a) CTRL + ALT + DEL --> Task Manager --> Under tab --> Choose DPMService --> Right click --> Select "Start"
