Added support for Signed BIOS Update in accordance with the NIST SP800-147 guidelines since version 2.2.3.
Note 1: Once the Signed BIOS Update is enabled in the BIOS setup after flashing to BIOS version 2.2.3, flashing back to older versions will be blocked. This is an optional feature and is not automatically enabled by flashing the BIOS.
Note 2: In order to flash to BIOS version 2.2.3 or newer using USC, you must first flash to BIOS version 2.1.2, if you are on an older version of BIOS. Other BIOS update methods do not have this prerequisite.

2. If the Export Compliance Disclaimer window appears, click the "I agree" link if you accept the agreement.
3. When the File Download window appears, click "Save" to save the file to your hard drive.
Installation
NOTE: You must provide a DOS bootable media, such as a USB key. This executable file does not create the DOS system files.
1. Browse to the location where you downloaded the file.
2. Update the name of the file to DOS recognizable format (8.3). If you do not update the filename to 8.3 format, the filename will be truncated to 8.3 format.
