The SupportAssist Update Plugin Application works with the Dell Update application. This update keeps your systems recovery environment up-to-date with the latest version of SupportAssist OS Recovery. SupportAssist OS Recovery is a powerful recovery tool that is designed to help you diagnose, fix, or recover your system when you are experiencing issues. The operating system provides you with a kiosk-style application for easy interaction that guides you through various options to correct your systems issue. This operating system is automatically engaged on system boot failures. SupportAssist OS Recovery can be selected manually during boot by pressing F12 to call the one time boot and choosing the SupportAssist OS Recovery option.

Download
1. Click Download File to download the file.
2. When the File Download window is displayed, click Save to save the file to your hard drive.
Installation
1. Browse to the location where you downloaded the file and double-click the new file.
2. Read the information in the dialog window.
3. Download and install any prerequisites that are identified in the dialog window before proceeding.
4. Click the Install button.
5. Follow the remaining prompts to perform the update.
