Cause

The cause of this can be related to a fan issue in the storage controller mentioned.

Resolution

1. Connect to the XMS and issue command: show-storage-controllers-sensors

2. If found, the fan speed is 0 RPM, and or the status is showing "level_6_critical." Contact Dell support.
