Symptoms

The Centera to ECS migration using Transformation migration is failing during Enumeration phase with below Error messages:

Cause

The Source Centera is in bad shape, for example, DBinits are running. Causing timeouts to CAS SDK queries sent from ECS for enumeration of the clips.

Resolution

Engage Centera Support for further assistance on find the root cause of failing CAS SDK query sent from ECS to Centera.
Retrying the Enumeration phase (several times) from ECS UI potentially helps. Since it continues enumeration from where it left off, it might complete successfully later on.
