Cause

Le Centera source est en mauvais état, par exemple, les DBinits sont en cours d’exécution. Entraînant des expirations de délai pour les requêtes SDK CAS envoyées à partir d’ECS pour l’énumération des clips.

Resolution

Contactez le support Centera pour obtenir de l’aide supplémentaire sur la recherche de la cause première de l’échec de la requête SDK CAS envoyée d’ECS à Centera.
Une nouvelle tentative de la phase d’énumération (plusieurs fois) à partir de l’interface utilisateur d’ECS peut vous aider. Dans la mesure où elle continue l’énumération à partir de l’endroit où elle s’est arrêtée, elle peut se terminer avec succès ultérieurement.
