RecoverPoint and RecoverPoint for VMs: CLI cannot run on RPA

Symptoms
Upgrade to RecoverPoint 5.0 and later.
Attempt to log in to RecoverPoint Appliance 3 or later with admin role users.
Attempt to access RecoverPoint Appliance 3 or later with admin or similar user, this error appears:
CLI cannot run on RPAx. Please retry on RPA 1 or 2.
Cause
Cluster control runs on RecoverPoint Appliances 1 and 2, RecoverPoint allows admin role users to log in to those RecoverPoint Appliances only.
Resolution
Log in to RecoverPoint Appliances 1 or 2 with admin level user only.
