Symptoms
When doing suspend/resume in zDP to create a consistent snapset from locally accessible and locally defined zDP R2 SRDF/A devices there are RDF query syscalls (9253) with a multihop from R2 box to R1 box and back from R1 box to R2 box while the query could be issued to just the locally attached R2 box.
If the PTF is not applied, then in zDP configurations running on R2 boxes, could end in error "Remote syscall failed" for the R2 Queries

Cause
Syscall 9253 using multi-hop syntax to query locally attached R2 boxes instead of just issuing the queries directly to the R2 boxes.
Resolution
Workaround:
None
Permanent Fix
- For Mainframe Enablers 8.5, PTF SN85001 has been developed to correct the issue. It is available to download from Dell Technologies Online Support.
