Symptoms
The mic may not be muted when trying to mute the mic of WL5022 or WL7022 on the computer when not in call.
Cause
The HUB software is designed to mute the WL5022 or WL7022 when in call only.
Resolution
Use the operating system Sound control panel > Properties > Level mute icon to achieve the same function.
