Dell intends to release software updates for BIOS, drivers, firmware, and other software components for desktops, laptops, and all-in-one computers monthly. Dell reserves the right to modify this schedule at any time without prior notice.
Except as otherwise stated below, updates are released on the Dell Support site on the second Tuesday of every month. BIOS and drivers are submitted to Windows Updates simultaneously (see the Microsoft Knowledge Base article Windows Update Gradual Rollout 
Updates that are released on the Dell Support site on the second Tuesday of every month will generally appear in Dell Applications such as Dell Command | Update, Dell Update, Alienware Update, SupportAssist, and Dell Custom catalogs on the second Friday of every month.
Updates that are released over the Dell Business Client Catalog will generally be released on the fourth Tuesday of every month.
For ThinOS which is supported on the Thin Client platform, Dell follows a quarterly release schedule which generally occurs in the last week of February, May, August, and November This is subject to change based on requirements.
