Symptoms
Some NAS Asset backup fails with error 'NAS Backup is unsuccessful. NAS agent error code 'ABNA0004' or 'ABNA0009' PPDM "nasdm.log" shows message... "Log file size 2097152 for session 3a20cdf0-3f31-45fc-be27-7d726a1448e9 exceeds max allowed 131072, truncating"
Cause
NAS log file generated during backup has a size exceeding max allowed=131072 KB.
Resolution
- Perform fewer Assets backup in the NAS Protection Policy.
- Split NAS Assets into multiple Protection Policies and backup separately.
- Split NAS Assets into multiple Protection Policies and backup separately.
