PowerMax: Health Check in Embedded Unisphere is Failing with "The request to run config changes failed"

Symptoms

  • Ran Health check from the backend, it came clean. There were no hardware failures or failed scripts.
  • Deleted failed health checks in Job list and tried running the HC in Unisphere, still it failed with the below error.

Resolution

  1. Reboot MMCS
  2. Delete the failed Health check tasks in the Job list and refresh the Unisphere.
  3. Re-run Health check in Unisphere.
