Possible issue with the XML files which make up the solution pack.
Resolution
Editing and reconfiguring the solution pack data collection component and pushing the default files for the solution pack addressed the issue. To edit and reconfigure the solution pack, follow the steps below:
- Go to the Administration page of SRM Console
- Click Config > Solution Packs > Installed Solution Packs
- Under Installed Solution Packs, click Dell PowerScale (Isilon)
- Click the Pencil icon next to the Data Collection section of Isilon
- Verify and validate that all the settings are pointing to the correct server and port, and so forth.
- Click Reconfigure
NOTE: If this solution pack was manually edited previously to apply any workaround in the current version to fix any issue, that workaround must be reapplied.
