PowerScale: The isi_rsapi_d.log grows and is not rotated

Symptoms
The /var/log/isi_rsapi_d.log file does not get rotated. In clusters that have an issue with Secure Remote Services, this file continues to grow and consume space on the /var partition. At the time of this article's publication (November 2023), this issue exists on all shipping releases of OneFS.
Cause
An entry for this log file is missing from the newsyslog configuration file.
Resolution
Workaround:
Add a line to the newsyslog configuration file and copy that configuration file back to all nodes. This simple procedure accomplishes that and rotates all log files immediately after.
