Replace the faulty standby Supervisor card.

NOTE: NX-OS should be same on both active and standby supervisor modules.
If the standby Supervisor card is on lower NX-OS code, kindly log in to standby supervisor card and upgrade it. 

#install all system bootflash: <new_image>.bin

To determine the failure case, you may also collect the following outputs from active SUP as well:

- Show boot
- Show tech-support module 5
- Show system internal mts sup registry register | i sync
