Alienware Command Center Cannot Update the Firmware on Connected Alienware Peripherals

Symptômes

There is no "Firmware Update" button in AWCC version 5.x for connected Alienware peripherals. Some Alienware and Dell systems will not be able to update to AWCC version 6.x for firmware updates as they are not supported in version 6.x.

Cause

AWCC version 5.x will be End of Life (EoL) and will not support firmware updates for connected Alienware peripherals.
