Symptoms
De iDRAC-versies 7.00.45.00 en 7.10.30.00 bieden het standaard R360- en T360-licentieniveau als Express. Dat is onjuist. De juiste standaardlicentie is 'Basic'.
Omdat het niveau "Express" hoger is dan het niveau "Basic", is er geen functieverlies. Maar als er een "Basic"-licentie bij het systeem is gekocht, wordt het bijwerken van de iDRAC-firmware teruggezet naar de verwachte standaard "Basic"-licentie.

Cause
Doorgaans zijn de PowerEdge systemen x5xx en lager ingesteld op Basic als standaardlicentie. Vanwege een iDRAC-probleem zijn ze echter veranderd in Express.
Resolution
Opgelost in iDRAC 7.10.50.00 en nieuwere firmware.
Na de update keert de iDRAC terug naar het juiste basisniveau.
