Cause
Issue Observed After Server Upgrade to NetWorker Version 19.13.x.
Following the upgrade of the NetWorker server to version 19.13.x, an error was reported related to license file compatibility. In NetWorker version 19.13 and later, the licensing mechanism has been updated to support only .xml license files. The previously used .lic license files are no longer recognized or supported in this version. As a result, attempting to use an .lic file postupgrade leads to licensing errors or failures during service initialization.
