Symptoms
A Unity OE upgrade fails if there are ".bin" files in /cores/service/.
UI might show something like:

Operation failed. Error code: 0x6000cb9 The system encountered an unexpected error while upgrading the software. Reboot your Primary storage processor and try upgrading again. Check System > Logs for related messages. (Error Code:0x6000cb9)
Cause
A "esrs_checker.64.bin" file (or some other .bin file) located in /cores/service/ normally causes this issue.
Resolution
Delete the "esrs_checker.64.bin" file from /cores/service/, and reupload the upgrade image.
The upgrade should work fine after doing this.
