Symptoms

주 스토리지 프로세서의 CPU 사용률은 매일 같은 시간에 90-100%에 도달하고 약 15분 동안 높게 유지됩니다.

Cause

APEX AIOps 팀은 특정 SDC(Service Data Collection) 플러그인이 여러 PostgreSQL(PSQL) 명령을 간헐적으로 트리거할 수 있는 문제를 식별했습니다.


이 경우 결과 PSQL 쿼리로 인해 uDoctor 작업 실행을 담당하는 SP(Primary Storage Processor)에서 CPU 사용률이 크게 증가할 수 있습니다.

 

참고: 서비스 데이터 수집이 수동으로 생성되는 경우에는 이 동작이 발생하지 않습니다. 이 문제는 APEX AIOps에 대해 생성된 일일 로그 수집을 포함하여 uDoctor 예약 작업에만 영향을 미칩니다.

Resolution

이 문제는 Unity OE 버전 5.0.3에서 해결되었으며, 여기에는 영향을 받는 uDoctor 예약 작업으로 인한 과도한 CPU 사용률을 방지하기 위한 코드 수정이 포함되어 있습니다.
