Dell Unity：uDoctor 排程工作觸發高 CPU 使用率

Summary: APEX AIOps 使用的特定服務資料收集 （SDC） 附掛程式可能會在 uDoctor 排程工作期間間歇性觸發多個 PostgreSQL （PSQL） 查詢，導致主要儲存處理器上的 CPU 使用率偏高約 15 分鐘。此問題不會影響手動產生的服務資料收集，且已在 Unity OE 版本 5.0.3 中解決。

Symptoms

主要儲存處理器的 CPU 使用率每天會同時達到 90-100%，並在高維持約 15 分鐘。

Cause

APEX AIOps 團隊已發現特定服務資料收集 （SDC） 附掛程式可能會間歇性觸發多個 PostgreSQL （PSQL） 命令的問題。


發生這種情況時，產生的 PSQL 查詢可能會導致負責執行 uDoctor 任務的主要儲存處理器 （SP） 上出現大量 CPU 使用率。

 

注意： 手動生成服務數據收集時，不會發生此行為。此問題只會影響 uDoctor 排程工作，包括為 APEX AIOps 產生的每日記錄收集。

Resolution

此問題 已在 Unity OE 版本 5.0.3 中解決，其中包括程式碼修正，可防止因受影響的 uDoctor 排程工作而導致 CPU 使用率過高。
