Dell Unity：uDoctor 计划任务触发高 CPU 利用率

Summary: APEX AIOps 使用的特定服务数据收集 （SDC） 插件程序可能会在 uDoctor 计划任务期间间歇性触发多个 PostgreSQL （PSQL） 查询，从而导致主存储处理器上的 CPU 利用率高约 15 分钟。此问题不会影响手动生成的服务数据收集，并在 Unity OE 版本 5.0.3 中得到解决。

Symptoms

主存储处理器上的 CPU 利用率每天同时达到 90-100%，并在大约 15 分钟内保持较高水平。

Cause

APEX AIOps 团队发现了一个问题，即特定的服务数据收集 （SDC） 插件可能会间歇性触发多个 PostgreSQL （PSQL） 命令。


发生这种情况时，生成的 PSQL 查询可能会导致主存储处理器 （SP） 上的 CPU 利用率显著降低，主存储处理器负责运行 uDoctor 任务。

 

注意： 手动生成服务数据收集时不会发生此行为。此问题仅影响 uDoctor 计划任务，包括为 APEX AIOps 生成的每日日志收集。

Resolution

此问题已在 Unity OE 版本 5.0.3 中得到解决，其中包括一个代码修复，以防止受影响的 uDoctor 计划任务导致 CPU 利用率过高。
