Symptoms

Windows 10オペレーティング システム(OS)でAMD Radeonグラフィックス ドライバーを手動で再インストールした後、デバイス マネージャーでHDオーディオ コントローラーが無効になる場合があります。

Cause

Windowsでは、インストールが完了するまでにさらに時間が必要です。AMDドライバーのインストール直後に[ 再起動 ]ボタンをクリックすると、問題が発生する可能性があります。

Resolution

ドライバーをアンインストールし、ドライバーを再インストールします。ただし、今回はPCを少なくとも3分間アイドル状態にしておくか、[ 後で再起動 ]を選択して、OSがバックグラウンドでタスクを完了します。
