Dell Unity: NOPEAN virtuaalikoneen automaattisen tason siirron hallinta Unispheren komentoriviliittymässä

Virtuaalivarantojen (FAST VP) täysin automatisoitu tallennustaso on käytettävissä perinteisissä hybridivarannoissa. Se ei koske dynaamisia varantoja.

FAST VP -ominaisuuden ansiosta järjestelmä voi säilyttää useimmin käytetyt tai tärkeät tiedot nopeista ja tehokkaista asemista. Se siirtää harvemmin käytettyjä ja vähemmän tärkeitä tietoja suorituskykyisten ja kustannustehokkaiden asemien pienentämiseen.

NOPEA VP:

• Nopea virtuaalikone valvoo tietojen käyttöä tasoisessa varannossa. Tasolliset varannot ovat heterogeenisiä varantoja, joihin on määritetty useita asemaluokkia (SAS Flash 2 tai SAS Flash 3 sekä SAS tai NL-SAS).
• Tasokäytännön mukaan tietolohkojen automaattinen siirtäminen 256 megatavulla varannon muille tasoille valvontatilastojen avulla. 
• Tasaa asemien kuormantasausta kerrostetun ja todennuksen varannossa

For example, the following command changes the data relocation schedule to run on Mondays and Fridays from 23:00 to 07:00:

• Muokkaa pool FAST VP -asetuksia niin, että ne noudattavat järjestelmätason aikataulua (eli manuaalinen siirto):

• Aloita tietojen siirto varannosta:

uemcli -d 10.0.0.1 -u Local/joe -p MyPassword456! /stor/config/pool/fastvp {-pool | -poolName } start [-rate {low | medium | high}] [-endTime ]

Default rate is medium
Default end time is 8 hours after start
If you want to edit the end time, add the time in HH:MM format

 

• Tietojen siirron lopettaminen varannossa:
