UPG0021: Precheck failed for subcomponents: Cloud Native. Check the subcomponents for details.
From the sub components, Cloud native is in Failed:
However, Cloud Native is not in use with PowerProtect Data Manager.

Resolution
To resolve this error, delete the upgrade package, reupload the package, and try the install again.
