Symptoms

 

使用者可在未通話時，嘗試將電腦上 WL5022/WL7022 的麥克風靜音。但是，麥克風不會靜音。

Cause

 HUB 軟體的設計可讓 WL5022/WL7022 在通話時靜音。使用者無法在耳機未通話時將其靜音。

 使用者可以使用作業系統的音效>控制台屬性>級別靜音圖示來實現相同的功能。
