vProxy backups fail when the NAS FULL level backups are running

The NetWorker VMware Protection (NVP) integration is configured with the vProxy Appliance.
The VMware Protection Policy backup action and VMware View refresh fail when NAS NDMP backups are running.
The NetWorker Virtual Edition (NVE) daemon.raw shows the nsrvim process fails after ~1.5 minutes when the time-out should be 60 minutes (3600 s).

The VMware Protection Policy backup action and VMware View refresh work as expected once the NDMP backups complete in the environment.

The NetWorker Server VMware Inventory Manager (nsrvim) process uses HTTP VMware Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) calls to receive an updated vCenter inventory.
The NDMP backup workflow uses significant resources (Disk I/O, Memory, and CPU), especially indexing of the backup.
The NDMP backup workflow overhead on the NetWorker Server is causing the nsrvim to fail in the environment.

The NDMP NAS Client backup or indexing can be offloaded to a NetWorker Remote Storage Node.
The NetWorker Client Properties backup command can be updated to include the NetWorker Remote Storage Node.

To offload only the backup traffic:

nsrndmp_save -T dump -P [nw_remote_storagenode.mydomain.com]

To offload the indexing and backup traffic:

nsrndmp_save -T dump -I [nw_remote_storagenode.mydomain.com]

Workaround:
Stagger the VMware Protection Policy to run outside of the NDMP NAS Protection Policy execution.
