Symptoms

Aplikace Alienware Command Center zobrazí na kartě Fusion pouze informace o procesoru (CPU) a grafickém procesoru (GPU). Nezobrazí se informace o paměti počítače Dell G5 5590.

Cause

Důvodem je podpora opravy (podpora IPU) společnosti Intel, která opravuje chybu zabezpečení, když odebrala rozhraní XTU SMI a způsobila, že k získání informací souvisejících s pamětí prostřednictvím sady XTU SDK nebyl přístup.

Resolution

Aplikace Alienware Command Center funguje tak, jak byla navržena, zobrazuje pouze informace o procesoru a grafické kartě (obrázek 1).
