Symptoms

유효성 검사 시 VxRail 종료가 실패하고 다음 오류가 표시됩니다. 
ERROR: Internal error occurs.

Verify and ensure that the current cluster has no Tanzu service.

Cause

이 문제는 다음과 같은 이유로 발생할 수 있습니다.
  • 원인 1: vmware-eam 서비스가 중단되었습니다. 
  • 원인 2 : Certificate Manager 유틸리티는 솔루션 사용자 인증서가 업데이트될 때 EAM(ESXi Agent Manager) 인증서를 자동으로 업데이트할 수 없습니다. WCP(Workload Control Plane)를 시작하려면 EAM이 작동해야 합니다.

Resolution

원인 1의 경우 vmware-eam서비스를 다시 시작합니다. 
#service-control --start vmware-eam
서비스가 시작되지 않으면 시작 유형이 자동인지 확인합니다. VAMI(vCenter Server Appliance Management Interface) UI에서 이를 변경할 수 있습니다.

원인 2의 경우 VMware 문서를 따릅니다.
