VxRail 關機在驗證時失敗，並顯示錯誤：
ERROR: Internal error occurs. Verify and ensure that the current cluster has no Tanzu service.
Cause
此問題可能是由於以下原因而發生的：
- 原因 1：vmware-eam 服務已關閉。
- 原因 2：更新解決方案使用者證書時，證書管理器實用程式無法自動更新 ESXi 代理管理員 （EAM） 證書。工作負載控制平面 （WCP） 要求 EAM 正常運行才能啟動。
