Symptoms

検証時にVxRailのシャットダウンが次のエラーで失敗します: 
ERROR: Internal error occurs.

Verify and ensure that the current cluster has no Tanzu service.

Cause

この問題は、次の原因で発生する可能性があります。
  • 原因1：vmware-eamサービスがダウンしています。 
  • 原因2: ソリューション ユーザー証明書がアップデートされると、証明書マネージャー ユーティリティーはESXi Agent Manager (EAM)証明書を自動的にアップデートできません。ワークロード制御プレーン(WCP)を開始するには、EAMが機能している必要があります。

Resolution

原因1の場合は、vmware-eamサービスを再起動します。 
#service-control --start vmware-eam
サービスの開始に失敗した場合は、スタートアップの種類が自動であることを確認します。これは、vCenter Server Appliance管理インターフェイス(VAMI)UIで変更できます。
