Symptoms
VxRail 关闭在验证时失败，并显示错误：
ERROR: Internal error occurs. Verify and ensure that the current cluster has no Tanzu service.
Cause
此问题可能由于以下原因而发生：
- 原因 1：vmware-eam 服务已关闭。
- 原因 2：更新解决方案用户证书时，证书管理器实用程序无法自动更新 ESXi Agent Manager （EAM） 证书。工作负载控制平面 （WCP） 需要 EAM 正常工作才能启动。
