Fehlermeldung bei der Installation von Alienware Command Center v6.3

Cause

AWCCSmartInstalleraus: Das Installationsprogramm der Peripheriegerätekomponente wird zum InstallShield-Framework für ihre Komponente migriert. Beim Kopieren oder Entfernen einiger Dateien tritt ein Fehler auf, wenn Sie versuchen, frühere Versionen zu deinstallieren und die neuere Version zu installieren.

Resolution

Kurzfristig für 6.3:

Wenn Sie auf OK klicken, wird der Installationsvorgang unterbrochen. Führen Sie die Dell Update Package (Install Manager)- Datei ein zweites Mal aus, um das Problem zu beheben und AWCC v6.3 erfolgreich zu installieren.

Langfristig:

Zu diesem speziellen Problem wurde ein Supportticket bei InstallShield eröffnet. Wir sehen ein Problem bei der Deinstallation des alten Peripheriepakets, das auf dem NSIS-Framework und dem neuen auf InstallShield basiert.
