Message d’erreur lors de l’installation d’Alienware Command Center v6.3

Cause

AWCCSmartInstaller: Le programme d’installation des composants périphériques migre vers le cadre InstallShield pour leur composant. Une erreur se produit lors de la copie ou de la suppression de certains fichiers, lors de la tentative de désinstallation d’une version précédente et d’installation de la version plus récente.

Resolution

Short-term for 6.3 :

Cliquez sur OK pour interrompre le processus d’installation. Exécutez le fichier Dell Update Package (Install Manager) une seconde fois pour résoudre le problème et installer AWCC v6.3.

À long terme :

Un ticket de support a été généré auprès d’InstallShield à propos de ce problème spécifique. Nous constatons un problème lors de la désinstallation de l’ancien package périphérique basé sur le cadre NSIS et du nouveau package sur InstallShield.
